Job Description
The Budget & Enterprise Risk Manager is a leadership position responsible for advancing the institution’s financial sustainability, enterprise risk maturity, and governance excellence. Reporting to the Director, Resource Planning & Client Services, this role leads the development and management of the Polytechnic’s multi-million-dollar operating budget while overseeing the enterprise risk management framework, contract administration, and insurance programs. The Manager partners with executive and institutional leaders to provide strategic financial analysis, risk insights, and decision support that strengthen accountability, support institutional priorities, and enable long‑term organizational success.
