Responsibilities This position is located in the Financial Management Office of the Management and Specialty Training Center (MSTC) and is under the direct supervision of the Business Administrator. Responsible for the development, planning, maintenance, execution and dissemination of budgeting data for the Bureau of Prisons' (BOP) Training Facilities, as they relate to Salary and Expense (S&E) appropriations and non-appropriated type funds.
