BTL Activation Executive – Male / Asst Manager BTL

Job Description

The BTL (Below-The-Line) Activation Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing on-ground brand activations to boost Elmore Beauty’s visibility, consumer engagement, and sales. This role involves handling event logistics, collaborating with vendors, coordinating brand ambassadors, and ensuring that all activations align with the brand image and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute BTL campaigns including mall activations, exhibitions, kiosks, pop-up stores, and sampling activities.
• Coordinate with creative and production agencies for branding material, event setups, and promotional collateral.
• Negotiate and liaise with event organizers, mall management and outdoor vendors for the best placements and deals.
• Recruit, train, and manage promoters, brand ambassadors (BAs), and activation teams.
