BSP Refunds Administrator

Our Club Travel team is looking for a Junior BSP Refunds Administrator to join the team!

About The Role

As a Junior BSP Refunds Administrator, you will process refunds and EMD refunds as requested by consultants. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment. (This role is planned to be based in Century City)

Duties & Responsibilities

but not limited to

• Processing refunds on BSP Link and the GDS system daily.
• Ensuring accurate refund values to minimize ADMs resulting from errors.
• Applying the correct cancellation penalties to each refund.
• Issuing credit notes for processed refunds.
• Responding to refund queries submitted via the Ourweb within 24 hours.
• Following up on refunds submitted via BSP Link.
• Providing support to the BSP Department as and when required.
