As a member of the National Corporate SWAT Team at BrokerLink, you will engage with clients across Canada, providing a high level of service while managing various tasks such as underwriting requests and documentation preparation. A passion for customer service and a minimum of one year of personal insurance experience are essential to thrive in this dynamic role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide seamless omni-channel customer service
• Engage with underwriters regarding guidelines
• Handle incoming requests and process applications
• Keep current on policies and underwriting processes
• Contribute to operational improvement strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-year personal insurance experience
• Licensed in Alberta; expand to other provinces
• Comfortable with changing technology
