This is a full-time on-site role for a Broker located in Brazil. The Broker will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating contracts and pricing, sourcing suppliers, coordinating sales transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will facilitate smooth communication between buyers and sellers and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, and market analysis
- Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a strong advantage
