The role focuses on operating brewing processes (Brew house, Cellars, Filtration and Bright Beer Tanks), executing quality control checks and analyses, and supporting asset care and quality activities across related process areas.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment in Brewing process areas according to standard operating procedures.
• Constantly review process performance against targets and record/understand deviations.
• Record waste and movement of product on the appropriate documentation or information systems, and review waste trends to identify problems.
