Key Purpose
The Key Purpose of this role is to manage and coordinate the Brewing department activities with overall responsibility for people, plant, process, product, quality and management systems in order to deliver compliance to the SAB Ltd and global brewing standards in the most efficient, effective, safe and reliable manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the development of brewing team goals and ensure these are communicated and understood by team members.
- Conduct regular brewing team goal review sessions, and conduct regular one‑on‑one and performance reviews.
- Ensure training need analyses are conducted and training plans developed for team members.
- Ensure appropriate competencies are developed in the team, and ensure cross‑skilling occurs within the engineering team.
