Job Description

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Primarily responsible for overseeing breeder farms and flocks as a Company representative to contracted growers. The role monitors house conditions and bird welfare, provides expert and consultative technical advice, recommends improvements or issue resolutions to farm and/ or flock condition and grower performance, and proposes cost reductions for the company and growers.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: 
Act as liaison between Company and contract growers providing expert technical advice to growers on company expectations ( building and equipment specifications, litter manipulation, farm sanitation, industry best practices, policies, procedures, bio security, etc.)
Using discretion and independent judgement, evaluate condition of grower farm and flock against Company, regulatory, and any legal guidelines; provide recommendations to grower to resolve any unacceptable conditions and follow-up to ensure recommendations have been implem...
