Job Description
The role:
As a Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for delivering a high level of food to all our guests. Working in our newly refurbished and extended, state‑of‑the‑art main kitchen you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparation and service of breakfast hot items both plated for individual guests and buffet style for those staying with us as part of a group
- Preparation and presentation of cold breakfast items for display
- Delivery of brunch options within all areas of the business
- Producing nutritious employee lunches to company standards
- Supporting other members of the brigade if necessary to prepare items for service
- Adhering to all food safety and health and safety guidelines
