• To carry out breakfast preparation in line with our new casual self-service breakfast service concept.
• To maintain HACCP standards in kitchen operations.
• To adhere to the recipe and standard presentation of all dishes.
• To minimise wastage through adhering to correct procedures.
• To maintain a high level of operative hygiene and adhere to cleaning schedules in place.
