What you’ll do…
- Play a strategic role in launching the Rixos brand in a new market and relaunching the established Park Royal to existing and audiences throughout the Americas.
- Lead the strategic planning and roll out of the annual marketing strategies for the brands in Mexico – supporting both commercial marketing and brand objectives - with a keen eye on consumer trends and audience insights to ensure our DNA is clear but our ideas and plans continue to evolve.
- Be the brand guardian in the market as new brand standards and new identity toolkits are rolled out across all properties.
- Oversee in-market teams for both Rixos and Park Royal consisting of 2 brand managers, 2 graphic designers and a team of on-property social content creators.
- Manage PR agencies to support the promotion of both brands across Mexico and the Americas with a special focus on priority feeder markets.
