Responsibilities
- Drive brand-building strategies for beauty brands, ensuring strong positioning, identity, and consistency across all consumer touchpoints
- Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns and product launch plans that strengthen brand equity and accelerate market share growth
- Conduct brand and consumer insights analysis to shape brand strategy, identify trends, and guide product development for beauty portfolio
- Partner closely with the NPD team to develop and enhance beauty products, ensuring innovation aligns with brand direction and consumer needs
