Job Description
**JOB DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES:**
+ Responsible for the topline and brand profitability
+ Execution of HCP (healthcare professional) promotion / BTL consumer activation / Digital activation / Trade promotion
+ Formulation of marketing strategies, Communication development for both Consumers and Healthcare practitioners.
+ Building strong Marketing programs to engage consumers/ HCPs effectively. Execute with help of cross functional teams. Tracking and measuring the impact of the Marketing Programs.
+ Responsible to drive NEW identified avenue of growth for maternal nutrition brand and build consumer engagement platform for entire infant & maternal nutrition portfolio
+ Managing the Creative agencies - Medical and consumer to develop brand communication
+ Liaise with Market Research agencies to gather insights from consumers / Healthcare Practitioners to support Brand strategies and track Brand equity with consumers / HCPs
