Job Description

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant company, is recruiting on behalf of a leading tableware manufacturing company. As part of its continued growth, our client is seeking a Marketing / Brand Manager to drive brand development, product innovation, and marketing performance. This position will be based in Semarang, Indonesia. 

Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand and product strategies to strengthen market presence across retail and HORECA channels.
Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product planning, development, and launch in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and new product initiatives.
