Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for assigned brand principals, ensuring strong partnerships and alignment
• Translate principal brand strategies into effective local market plans and execution
• Develop and manage annual and quarterly brand and product plans, including portfolio and lifecycle management
• Lead go-to-market planning, product launches, promotions, and in-market activations
• Support Sales teams with product training, toolkits, and channel strategies
• Monitor and analyse brand performance, including sales, margins, pricing, distribution, and promotional effectiveness
• Prepare forecasts, business cases, and post-launch or campaign reviews
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
