Responsibilities
- Sales by brand are tracked monthly. Retail and wholesale sales analysis by brand, channel, and contribution (%) by sku are among the key reports.
- Create a marketing calendar, organize, and ensure the timely execution of launches, promotions, and brand-specific animations, as well as consumer events.
- Create sales plan for the brand such as workshops, promotional events and CRM brand-specific activities that increase brand sales.
- Stock forecasting for new and existing brand items (including GWPs).
- Collaborate with the sales team to support in gaining entrance into alternate distribution channels.
- Define, organize, and execute on public relations launches.
- Lead team members in developing and improving internal department structure by providing leadership, guidance, and direction.
