Branch Operations Support II

SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Branch Operations Support Specialist position represents the company by providing support for the companies operating systems and business systems. Additionally, this position helps drive operational improvement by creating a bridge between our more than 500 branch locations and the numerous corporate departments.

JOB DUTIES:
• Travels to newly acquired branches to train on Motion Industries systems and assists through the entire on-boarding process.
• Assists with the design, testing, and implementation of new systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Assists field management with training and support activities related to all areas of branch operations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and two (2) to five (5) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.
