Develop and execute on a business plan for the branch in line with the local market opportunity targeted toward mining identified ecosystems.Deliver a consistent high-quality service to all customers by effectively managing all available resources (employees, systems and processes).Accountable for the day-to-day management of all the branch operations
Drive a customer centric culture focused on providing a high-quality customer experience. Resolve customer queries and complaints within established timelines. Create a warm and welcoming environment in which customers feel valued and appreciated while visiting the Branch.
