Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to achieve outlet's sales target and productivity.
• Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff
• Good in leadership and daily operations planning
• Possess a good sales initiative in selling and customer service
