Qualifications:

• MBA with minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience , including at least 1 - 2 years of team handling experience
• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

• Lead and manage a team of 15-20 executives , ensuring high performance and achievement of business targets.
