is responsible for organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating all branch operations while maximizing sales performance and customer satisfaction across Nanaimo and surrounding areas. This role focuses on sales growth, team leadership, inventory control, customer relations, and operational excellence in alignment with company policies and procedures.
