Job Summary
At PakWheels we are looking for a competent and proactive Branch Manager to lead and oversee our Car Oil Change and Vehicle Inspection Service Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, managing inventory, and leading a team of technicians and support staff. A strong understanding of automotive maintenance, especially oil change services, vehicle inspection procedures, lubricants, filters, and OEM recommendations, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the service center to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
Achieve monthly sales, gross profit, and productivity targets.
Upsell and cross-sell PWs products and value-added services.
Track daily performance reports (POS, sales summaries, margins).
Ensure compliance with PakWheels Service center SOPs, health, safety, environmental standards, quality checks, and labor laws.
