Job Description:
- Maintaining administrative records pertaining to your branch particularly on compliance to internal SOP, halal & regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accounting records (supplier purchases over sales to avoid account burst) for your branch.
- Requesting payment for all purchases (2x for suppliers & any ad hoc payments) after amount verified, for your branch.
- Maintaining weekly work schedule, HR related documentations, payroll processes & hiring staff for your branch.
- Verifying end-of-day closing report, daily purchases and ensure all record tallies for your branch.
