Location: Clementi Mall

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Clementi outlet and oversee daily operations, team performance, sales growth, and customer service standards in a beauty and wellness environment.

Salary

• Basic Salary: SGD 5,000
• Total Monthly Earnings: Up to SGD 7,000-9,000

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, train, and motivate the team to achieve sales and service targets
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and operational standards
• Handle customer feedback and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Ensure proper use of BeauteSoft for appointments, billing, and customer records
• Prepare daily sales and operational reports
