Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 8 years of Banking experience

Maximum 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager in a Bank

Strong experience in Branch Banking, CASA, Assets, Liabilities, and Team Management

Proven track record in driving branch business and profitability

Key Responsibilities

• Drive branch business growth across Assets and Liabilities

• Achieve CASA, Retail Asset, and Cross-sell targets

• Lead and mentor branch sales and operations teams

• Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and audit adherence
