Job Description

A Branch Advisor at FNB Points of Presence will provide a positive customer experience by being helpful and sensitive to customer transactional needs and expectations, while educating customers to the correct channel (eChannels and Self Service) and adhering to policy and process. The role involves offering compliant, professional financial advice, managing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with FAIS, FICA, TCF principles and FNB governance.
