Job Overview

FNB Points of Presence (POP) Branch Advisor responsible for providing compliant, professional financial advice, managing client relationships, meeting sales and service targets, and adhering to FAIS, FICA legislation, and TCF principles.

• Build and manage long‑term client relationships to support retention and growth.
• Provide a positive customer experience and be helpful and sensitive to transactional needs.
• Educate customers on the correct banking platform aligned with their needs.
