Branch Acquisition Officer

- Act as the primary day-to-day contact between the company and the bank's accredited broker for retail policy issuance

- Receive, review, and endorse policy applications and requirements from branches; ensure completeness and accuracy before submission

- Maintain turnaround-time standards for issuance and proactively communicate status to the broker, branch, and client

- Coordinate endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with the broker and internal operations teams

- Join bank Relationship Managers in client meetings to present insurance solutions, explain coverage, and support closing

- Prepare proposals, quotations, and benefit comparisons tailored to the client's needs ahead of meetings

- Handle client questions on coverage, exclusions, claims process, and payment options with clarity and warmth

- Support after-sales servicing for banca clients: policy delivery, endorsement requests, and claims assistance referrals
