About the Worship Pastor
The Worship Pastor is tasked with moving forward the mission of BVCC by equipping members to find and follow Jesus through the provision of a high‑quality worship experience. This includes oversight of vocalists, musicians, drama and stage design. Success in this role will be evidenced by:
- High‑quality, professional, and engaging weekly worship experiences
- Expanded participation of volunteers and team members in worship, drama, and stage design
- Creating a community of belonging within team members through formal and informal opportunities to connect with one another
The Worship Pastor’s responsibilities include
Worship Services
- Oversight and coordination of all worship service music, drama, and stage design.
