Boutique Wellness Retreat GM — Design & Community

Aethos Ericeira is seeking a General Manager to lead the property in delivering exceptional guest experiences while growing the brand in a design-led, wellness-focused hospitality setting. This on-site role requires hands-on leadership, strong cultural alignment, and fluency in Portuguese and English.

The GM will own the P&L, coordinate with HODs across F&B, spa, and wellness, and represent the property within the Ericeira community. A passion for sustainability and local engagement is essential.
