Boutique Operations Lead – Inventory & Aftersales

Chanel in Dubai is seeking an Operations Manager for the Fashion & WFJ Twin Boutique at Mall of the Emirates. You will lead the back‑office teams, optimize inventory, and safeguard cash, admin and security procedures in line with Chanel standards.

Reporting to the Boutique Director, you will analyse sales performance, drive KPIs, and collaborate with buying and store management to maximise boutique results while upholding exceptional client service and brand image.
