Define and execute the Boutique's strategic vision in alignment with the Fashion Division priorities and CHANEL Mexico objectives. Drive sustainable business growth by delivering sales, profitability and client development targets while preserving the highest standards of luxury retail. Translate commercial objectives into actionable business plans, ensuring flawless execution across all Boutique activities. Analyze business performance, identify opportunities and implement action plans based on client insights, market trends and competitive landscape.
