Schedule: Monday–Friday | 30–40 Hours per Week
Lead the Production Line. Bottle Quality. Drive Operations. We’re hiring a Bottling and Production Lead to oversee daily bottling, packaging, warehouse, and production operations for a growing Minnesota spirits company. This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone with experience in beverage manufacturing, brewery, winery, distillery, food production, or manufacturing operations who enjoys leading production while working alongside the team.
Bottling and Production Lead Job Duties
- Operate and oversee bottling, filling, capping, labeling, and packaging equipment.
- Prepare bottles, labels, closures, and packaging materials for production runs.
