Border Management & Returns Programme Officer

IOM Finland seeks a National Programme Officer to support Border Management, Returns, and Readmission initiatives under the Head of Office. The role focuses on coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring donor reporting in a multi‑partner context.

The officer will liaise with government counterparts, NGOs and UN agencies, contribute to planning and capacity building, and supervise project staff where required. English fluency is required; Finnish knowledge is a plus.
