About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and execution-focused Bootcamp Format Head to own the fitness experience of our 6-week transformation program. This role is responsible for ensuring a consistent, high-quality workout experience across all centers while driving operational excellence, trainer performance, member satisfaction, and business growth.

You will work closely with trainers, center managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure every client receives a seamless and impactful fitness journey.
