Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, and payments
  • Facilitate all bookkeeping and accounting functions within QuickBooks
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain the general ledger and track business expenses
  • Manage executive emails, calendars, and scheduling
  • Coordinate administrative operations and monitor policy compliance
  • Handle outbound calls to clients and stakeholders
  • Manage comprehensive executive travel arrangements
  • Assist with HR-related administrative support and onboarding

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, Admin Assistant, or Virtual Assistant
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar bookkeeping software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
