Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience in property management accounting and hands-on knowledge of QuickBooks and Rent Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle bookkeeping for property portfolios.
  • Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Process tenant billing, rent postings, and payments using Rent Manager.
  • Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular data entry.
  • Prepare financial reports such as P&L, balance sheet, and rent roll.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing.

Requirements
