Job Description:
- Accurately record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments, using accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks) for US, UK and Canada geographies.
- To reconcile bank statements and expenses etc. to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly and close the monthly books in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports to support management decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
