The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and supporting overall financial operations. This role handles transactions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations, while ensuring financial data is organized and up to date. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• 2+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience

• Strong understanding of AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions

• Experience with bank and credit card reconciliations

• Ability to maintain accurate and organized financial records

• Familiarity with financial reporting and basic month-end close support

• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite, etc.)

• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP preferred)
