Bookkeeper – Accounting Specialist Duties

Hours 7-3:45

**MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION BACKGROUND**

Additional information. This position is a Full Charge Bookkeeper with experience in construction, experience in gross revenue at least 20 million/year

1. Monthly AR progress billing entry / submittal
2. Coordinate, obtain, and track General Contractor / Vendor Lien Releases
3. General Contractor AR calls
4. Vendor AP calls
5. Reconcile Credit Card
6. Payroll
7. Process payroll in Foundation (balance with Week ending spreadsheet)
8. Update Federal & State quarterly tax logand process through EDD & EFTPS
9. Weekly AP check run
10. Maintain accurate financial records
11. Month & Year end General Ledger entriesper Accountants direction
12. Maintain working relationship with outside accountant
13. Process monthly Sales Tax
14. Compute and post Inventory stock material and paint to job cost
