Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations for a contract assignment in Davie, Florida. This Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable managing core accounting activities with accuracy and consistency. The right candidate will bring hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a strong understanding of payables, receivables, and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and update bookkeeping entries in a timely manner using QuickBooks.
• Process vendor invoices, verify payment details, and manage the full accounts payable cycle.
