Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper with strong experience using Xero accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and supporting financial reporting to ensure the smooth operation of the business.

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities using Xero

Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments

Reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier statements

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Prepare and process payroll (if applicable)

Prepare GST returns and ensure tax compliance (if applicable)

Generate monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Assist with year-end accounts and liaise with accountants/auditors
