JOB DIMENSIONS: Number of Direct Reports: 1 Subordinates: Boiler Operator External Communication: None 3. JOB OBJECTIVE: The Boiler Shift In charge report to the Lead Cogen. The Position holder is responsible for maintaining and supervising heating systems operations, with special responsibility for emergency service, maintenance of equipment, and installation, raw material / fuel stock, spares, legal require inspection, safety, etc. The position is responsible for controlling the operation of the boilers, generators and auxiliary equipment in a safe and efficient manner during the assigned shift. Supervise operators in the performance of their duties when more than one person is on shift.
