Body Shop Shift Lead: Drive Safety, Quality & Throughput

General Motors in Mexico is seeking a Shift Leader – Body Shop Production to lead day‑to‑day Body Shop operations on the assigned shift, delivering safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will supervise salaried and hourly teams, coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and material teams, and drive continuous improvement through problem solving and standard work. This onsite role requires flexibility for off‑shift, overtime, and weekend work.
