Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Description MMP Staffing Services is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our behavioral health team. The BCBA will design and implement behavior intervention plans, conduct assessments, and provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff. The ideal candidate will work with clients of various ages and backgrounds to improve behaviors and quality of life using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. Key Responsibilities: Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other evaluations to identify clients' needs and behavioral challenges. Utilize evidence‐based assessment tools and techniques to develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans. Behavior Intervention Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment results.
