**About the Role:**
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support elementary-aged students in a school-based setting in Federal Way, Washington. This is a rewarding opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping students succeed academically, behaviorally, and socially through evidence-based behavioral interventions and collaboration with educational teams.
As a BCBA, you will serve as a clinical leader and consultant, working closely with students, teachers, behavior technicians, and school staff to create positive learning environments and meaningful outcomes for students with behavioral and academic challenges.
