About the Role:
We’re seeking a dedicated and student-centered Board Certified Behavior Analyst to support one of the most diverse school districts in Washington. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical teacher—observing, assessing, and guiding behavioral and educational practices to help students with academic and behavioral needs thrive. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and support teams to create meaningful, measurable change in the school environment.
What You’ll Do:
+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments
+ Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans
+ Provide consultation and training to school staff
+ Observe, assess, and supervise behavioral service delivery
+ Support academic and behavioral growth through evidence-based practices
