Make a meaningful impact as a B’not Sherut Program Coordinator. This role focuses on mentoring Israeli teens while providing support in educational initiatives and logistics.
We are seeking an experienced candidate to guide B’not Sherut through various mentoring challenges. The specialist will participate in team meetings, coordinate the interview and selection process, and oversee the program’s logistics. You’ll also support independent living arrangements and present progress reports to donors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized mentorship to B’not Sherut participants
• Support the implementation of educational initiatives
• Coordinate B’not Sherut interview and selection processes
• Manage program logistics including transport and wellness
