Bavarian Performance Group is a BMW and Mini specialty repair shop in Winchester, MA focused on doing things the right way. We’re a small, professional team that works on high-quality vehicles and believe technicians should have the tools, time, and environment to perform proper diagnostics and repairs.

We’re looking for a solid B-level technician that wants to work on interesting cars, build diagnostic skills, and work in a drama-free shop. If you're tired of dealership pressure, flat rate swings, or just want a place where quality matters more than rushing cars out the door, this could be a great fit.

We see about 1,200 cars per year with a $1,500 average repair order, so the work stays interesting and doesn’t turn into endless basic maintenance...
